Selling or buying a home is a significant personal and financial transaction, so it is important that you have confidence in the person who will guide you through this process.

Since becoming a real estate agent in 2014 I have sold over $70 million in property. Prior to 2014 I owned a nationally published interior design firm, where I designed and managed the renovations of multi-million dollar homes.  This experience provided me the opportunity to develop knowledge of construction and it's associated costs, as well as how to present a property to its best advantage using photography and social media.  These skills, along with the financial and negotiating strengths I developed previously as a Vice President and lender in Private Banking allow me to better serve my clients and be a more valuable agent.

As a realtor I work hard to stay educated on market trends and information that impacts my buyers and sellers including coastal and climate issues, home construction and mechanical systems, as well as marketing and estate administration. I have designations as a Pricing Strategist, Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Senior Residential Specialist.

Above all, my goal is to provide my clients with a positive real estate experience. This starts with clear and consistent communication. Whether responding to your questions quickly, providing resources, or listening to your concerns, I will be there for you from start to finish.

To learn more about how I approach the selling or buying process please visit the Sellers or Buyers tab on this website.

If you have any questions, want to know more about the process, or to set up a time to talk please give me a call, or send me an email.
