VACATION HOME MARKETS:
It seems our lives are busier than ever. There is very little “down time”. Even the lazy days of summer are not so lazy anymore. Instead they are filled with activities from morning until night. Extended families tend to be more dispersed than they used to be. I have found that families are increasingly interested in coming together at one gathering place to spend quality time together. It needs to be a location where there are activites or events for all ages. I had the opportunity to be interviewed, along with four other Sotheby’s agents throughout the U.S., by Inman News on what our clients are looking for, and what some of these vacation home markets might be. The first of this two part article is about destinations that are closer to home.
