An example of the difference staging can make is shown above. This property had beautiful bones, but furnishings were somewhat tired. Linda recommended a coat of paint in major areas, and a good decluttering. She provided resources for the homeowners to get that done. Then she brought in bedding, lamps, rugs, and some furniture. Some additional pieces were rented, and she and the homeowner went to work. The result? A home that felt fresh, bright and inviting, and sale that exceeded the homeowner's expectations.
