Selling or buying a home is a significant personal and financial transaction, so it is important to have confidence in the person who will guide you through this process. Since becoming a real estate agent in 2014, Linda has sold over $80 million in property. Prior to 2014, she owned a nationally published interior design firm, where she designed and managed the renovations of multimillion-dollar homes. This experience expanded her knowledge of construction and its associated costs, as well as how to present a property to its best advantage using photography and social media. These skills, along with the financial and negotiating strengths she developed previously as a Vice President and lender in Private Banking, allow her to better serve her clients and be a more valuable agent.
As a Realtor, she works hard to stay educated on market trends and information that impacts her buyers and sellers, including coastal and climate issues, home construction, and mechanical systems, as well as marketing and estate administration. Above all, Linda's goal is to provide clients with a positive real estate experience with clear and consistent communication.
