I know what a large role a home plays in your life; memories are made there that will stay with you for a lifetime.  My goal is to help you find a place that not only meets your needs, but gives you joy. Before beginning our search we will discuss your goals and vision for your home. I will help you with any questions you have about location, community, schools and pricing.

I will walk you through the home buying process and explain how I approach the search and offer process. If financing is involved I can provide you with a list of carefully vetted resources from which to choose.  Being prepared is important when you submit an offer. It makes the process goes smoother, and enables you to act quickly.

Using my knowledge of the market, and your wish list, I will set up a search to help you identify properties that meet your criteria.  My job is to act as your concierge, reviewing every listing that matches, to take a closer look at the location, surrounding area, and the house to make sure it is a good fit. I will use my network to find any upcoming listings, or homes that are not on the market that might fit your needs.

We will visit chosen properties together, and I will provide input based on my experiences. If you have questions on pricing, local regulations, or the area I will get you the answers. If you can't be here when a property comes up I will be glad to preview the property for you, and provide you with a walk through video if you desire, or find a way to get the property before your eyes first.

Once you have identified the perfect property I will negotiate on your behalf to get the best price and terms. Should your offer be accepted I will guide you through the entire process from contract to inspection and escrow, assisting you with documentation, resources, and negotiating items for repair or credit.  My commitment is to  be by your side every step of the way.

Congratulations! You've closed. Rest  assured that I will be there for you through and beyond closing, providing resources for your new home as needed. My goal is not to just sell you a house, but to develop a relationship that will continue for years, and will provide you with market updates, to keep you current.
