We will start by touring your home and discovering what makes it unique. Following our tour we will sit down and get to know each other, and discuss your timeline, desired results, and what you are willing to do to showcase your home in the best possible light. I will share with you what I think I can bring to the table. Selling your home is an important milestone in life, and picking an agent who you feel comfortable with will make the process easier.
Using my knowledge of the market, along with the results of our introductory discussions, I will prepare a comparative market analysis(CMA), and present you with my pricing suggestions. Ultimately determining pricing is a decision we make together.

Once we agree to work together, and sign the necessary paperwork I will work with you on a plan of action to prepare for photography and showing. I may recommend de-cluttering, minor repairs and upgrades, or even some staging, with the focus on maximizing your return.

Once we have a plan of action I will put that plan into action. Your plan may include professional photography, as well as aerials, video, 3D walkthroughs, and floorplans if needed. A variety of collateral materials, such as brochures, postcards, and social media posts will be used. And your listing will be featured on the Mott & Chace website.
I will help guide you through offers and evaluate the various nuances of each. Once an offer is accepted I will be there to help overcome any issues that may arise during the inspection or due diligence period. It helps to have an experienced partner that will help the process move along.
I will be there for you through and beyond closing. The process does not end once all contingencies are met. Detailed follow through is needed to get to a successful and timely closing, and to work through any hurdles, large or small that arise on the way. My promise is to work with you throughout all stages of this transaction to make it as easy and seemless as possible.
